Grand Master Bruce Albach was one of the primary student's that trained under Grand Master Jimmy Tacosa as far back as the early 1980's. GM Jimmy Tacosa was trained in the fine art of Serrada Escrima by way of the founder, the legendary stick & knife fighter Great Grandmaster Angel Cabales. Angel Cabales is also known as the "Father of Escrima in America."

Based upon our conversations, I have deduced that you have certainly paid your dues within the arena of the fine art of 'Cabales Serrada Escrima.'
Therefore as the President of the UWSEF & the founder of the 'DC Serrada System of Escrima' and by way of my sole authority,
